Thermal plants should take damage over time

To keep thermal plant power from being completely maintenance free, thermal plants should take damage over time. I'm thinking ~15% per day. It would be repairable with the tool same as anything else.

For an extra bonus, make the thermal plant generation efficiency start dropping off after it is damaged more than 50%. This would also cue the player that its time to go out and fix it.

    Instead of damage, how about shutting down and needing to add Lubricant every so often (and have a display that shows how much Lubricant is left)?

    I don't think this is needed nor that it will be welcomed. The player will stop using it alltogether
