  You can play in 4K if you use a 1080Ti, at around 60FPS (I do on my big TV). Anything lower than a 1080 and you might have a lower framerate.

  Yeah, I have a GTX 970 on an i7-8700k rig with a 960 EVO m.2 drive and high settings give me around 45-60 fps avg at 1080 resolution. 4k res will knock it down to 15-20 fps. Strangely enough, the main menu gets worse framerates than actual gameplay when switching to 4k - it drops to 7 fps, and the cursor lags by at least 1 second so navigating the menu becomes an exercise in patience.
