I think there's a better chance of it being noticed if posted here or on the Subnautica Discord chat.

Ok thanks because i've share around 10 bug report IG before join forum but i'll post here for the next (or the previous ones if they happen again.

I'd do both. here will probably get noticed, in-game will add to the "stream" of reports that they use to focus their attention on issues.
