Kick-Starter and Pre-orderer, Black Armour gone.

I am a kickstarter and pre-ordered the game and as a reward was given the Black Armour, used the Black Armour all the time when first playing the game, decided to have another crack at the game after many years, but now it's missing from my steam inventory also the Black Armour DLC check box is missing from the DLC options.

Help Please?

    please contact the steam support about the missing DLC. We can't really look into your steam account history and hence don't really know what happened.

    Couldn't he also provide UWE or you with the email he received during the alpha days that has his license information?

    Thank you for your pre-order of the Special Edition of Natural Selection 2!
    The support of players like yourself has made a huge difference for our
    company and has allowed us to develop Natural Selection 2 completely
    independently.

    Today we're releasing the Alpha of Natural Selection 2. Access to the alpha
    is limited to those people who pre-ordered the Special Edition. In order to
    play, you will need to activate your ownership of the Special Edition on
    Steam. You can do this with the following key:

    [DAT KEY]

    This key has been generated for you and only need to enter it once to activate
    the Special Edition on your Steam account. To activate the game, select
    "Games/Activate a Product on Steam..." from the main menu in Steam and
    enter in the key.

    If you don't have Steam installed, you can download it from Valve's site at:
    http://store.steampowered.com/about/

    Once Natural Selection 2 is activated, it should appear in your list of
    available games and if you right click on it, you should see "Black Armor"
    listed under the DLC tab.

    Hey guys!

    We just released the first look at the new "Lerk" class in Natural Selection 2! Check out concepts, renders and a movie showing him in action (http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/news/2010/2/friday_update_lerk_reveal).

    We also wanted to let you know we're starting engine testing with the people who have pre-ordered the Special Edition. This is not a demo or an alpha but is an engine test, meant to test graphics, networking, performance, compatibility, etc. It also includes the full scripting tools so coders can start experimenting.

    Over 10,000 people pre-ordered Natural Selection 2. We don't want to be overwhelmed with bug reports so we're starting out small. Then we'll be growing it continuously as we hammer out issues and are ready to deploy it to a larger group. We'll be granting access to players in the order that they pre-ordered (http://www.naturalselection2.com/buy). We're also hard at work on the NS2 alpha - the results of this engine test will make sure it works great when we release the alpha to all the Special Edition pre-orderers.

    You've been so kind as to support us and because of that we're still in business. We hope you understand our strategy. We're eager to get NS2 into everyone's hands as soon as possible!
