Seamoth is stuck in my Cyclops

So I started a new game after the last update, yay resources! and just got to the point of building my cyclops. I parked the seamoth in it so I could move my entire base elsewhere, and now I can't get the Seamoth out.
When I walk over it, instead of giving me the "enter seamoth" option it just says "Press A to open". When I open, nothing changes on screen, but I can walk over and invisible wall. Still no "enter seamoth" option though, and looking back at it only says "Press A to close".
Do I have to rebuild my boats now? I have the most of the materials to do so, but I really don't feel like repeating an hours work if I can avoid it.
Xbox One X, game on internal harddrive, I just[ cleared my console cache before loading into the game.
