Multiple glitches making Subnautica unplayable

Hello all,
I installed Subnautica a few days ago, and have done the most recent update. These glitches remain. Taken together, they make the game unplayable and also render the in-game bug reporting menu unusable. What I'm seeing:
1. No sound.
2. The first cutscene is black and must be skipped.
3. Unable to pick up any items; they disappear and don't end up in my inventory.
4. Can exit the escape pod through the hatch or ladder; but climbing down the ladder inside the escape pod or climbing up any ladder outside the escape pod results in me being stuck on the ladder in an infinite climbing animation. Can not get off ladder.
5. Once opening the in-game menu it's impossible to close. Also, I cannot select anything on the in-game menu, including the bug reporting.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

and the output of dxdiag (run dxdiag and click "save all information")
Upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, and post a sharing link, or, upload to pastebin and post a link (pastebin has a max size though IIRC)
Be sure your Windows is up-to-date, as well as your drivers, especially your graphics card drivers (and in this case, maybe your sound card and motherboard drivers as well, check your manufacturer's website).
Graphics card drivers are up to date.
Here is the output_log.txt. I'll try other options in the next day or two, time limited right now.

Glad you found a solution, though.
I tried that but still didnt work i have the same problems still
Im nowhere near being good with computers i have updated my audio drived but graphics and motherboard i have no clue
If you're not sure what graphics card(s) you have, download and install, then run GPU-Z from the end of this post: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/gpu-z-download-techpowerup.html
AMD: Click "Drivers & Support" at the top of the page.
nVidia: Click "Drivers > GeForce Drivers" at the top of the page.
Intel: Click "Support" at the top-left, and in the flyout panel that comes out from the left, click "Downloads & Drivers"
It's fun, coz i play Subnautica and... I kinda miss water 8D
