Definitely! The sound design is superb and this is no exception. It just fits both for the creature and into the biome, which is important. I can just believe it would sound something like this.

I hate the crabsquid sounds and looks it just sends shivers down my spine. I hate the degasi base at the lost river entrance where the crabsquid is staring at you thru the window and keeps turning off your stuff then you cant see anything but its creepy face looking at you. ? it makes me feel violated and creeped out.
