Question about Below Zero depth module mk2

Hi guys, I'm at a point where I seem to have unlocked Seatruck depth module mk2, i can see it in my Pad under blue prints, i can see what i need to build it, but when i go to the vehicle upgrade console, it's not there, only mk1 is there. Am i missing something, or is this a bug??
All my exploration is now taking me way past the 300m limit of mk1 module, so it makes sense for me to have access to that mk2 module at this point. I'm kinda lost.
