Empty ocean

Hi there, (similar thread on steam https://steamcommunity.com/app/264710/discussions/3/4143842265269071461/ )

I have a huge bug, happening after few hours of game (and I noticed, after saving, leaving pc for a time, then coming back and lauching the game). The ocean is completely empty of wildlife once I leave the biome where I restart the game. In addition, if I try to save, it's an infinite saving and the game don't let me quit regularly, I have to alt - F4.
I tried 3 different new games (one in experimental mode). 3 times the bug appeared after 2 - 3 hours of gameplay.

My Specs :
GTX QUADRO P5000
Intel xeon CPU E5 2678 v3 @ 2,50 GHz

    I noticed deleting the .batchObjects solve the problem. But you have to do it each time before restarting.

    My game looks just like this on PC! where are the .batchobject files to delete?

    All I see is a folder called batchobjects. Deleting them also deletes my saved game

    Try deleting cellscache instead. This will re-seal any doors you have previously cut/repaired, and any pda's you have gathered will respawn( you can pick them up, but it does nothing).

    Same problem here. But more empty, i just have nude rocks in the ocean. I play with Shadow pc.

    I've erased all the slot0000/cellscache files and the ocean is still empty.

    Erasing the slot0000/batchobjects files, and setting all the graphics to the minimum solved the problem. Now i can play and save : )

    I could literally hug you.

    I have spent hours trying to figure out this problem. Terrain suddenly missing (on the third try of restarting the game and reinstalling several times and spending 20 plus hours on the game only having to restart AGAIN). Clipping through rocks. Falling through the world. It was a nightmare and was just about to give up.

    This fix is the only thing that has worked.

    I had a new saving bug, with a message this time. Then i erased slot0000/batchobjects and slot0000/cellscache files. Now everithing works fine but i have to erase batchobjetcs each time before playing.

    I hope I saw that earlier, before I lost my 1 hour progress at the start of the game :'(
    is having a pc that could play a game on high now considered a bad thing :\
