Predator Model Around?

well, ive seen all these exellent Aliens replacements, and wonder if there is any Predator models for HL out tehre that could replace the Fade. it would fit so good, with shoulder cannon, the claws etc.

I have one I found on the sven-coop boards. Someone ripped it from AvP2 and converted it to sven-coop. I have no idea how to convert though so I wouldn't be able to turn it into the fade. I'll try to find the link to it, hold on.

Yeah it isn't working, unfortunately. You could always go to the sven co-op forums and do a search for it, though.

and i can answer those questions too:

why for fade.

1.fade is the only alien race in ns that would fit the predator.
2.just seeing and being the predator would be kool.
3.shouldercannon model for the acid weapon could be done i bet.
4. possible to edit the acid spit sprite into a blue electric bolt.
5. personally, i think it would add more atmosphere, instead of just having Aliens as replcements.tho they do add teh atmosphere i was looking for until more ideas/thoughts came in.

enough reasons to want the predator in?

really tho, i feel i dont have to explain why i would want it.

and Surge? i cant tell ppl i dont care for their opinions?
plz, custom models etc is something everyone argues endlessly about. and its pointless. thats why i dont care for his statement.

Well Stilgar I agree with Factor and i can give you many reasons why fade should not be the predator:

1. The predator would then have to pop out of an Alien egg..... <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'>
2. The predator would not be fighing with the Aliens, they would try to rip him to shreds....
3. Fade already has a very well made Aliens model.....

Lol..well..if ya think about it, there are ups and downs to his idea. Like he said, he is right about that cannon, but yea, popping outa an egg is kinda...well...odd..and well..I duno. Its a good/bad idea. and its not about the stupid "agreeing" either, its based on differ opinions that never will agree. if i can have a predator for the Fade, plz let me. and stop busting my balls about why it shouldnt be. follow me?

PS. for the love of god, plz stop stating opinions about this, its not the point at all. im just asking for myself and others i bet, if thers a predator around.

Go to that guys FTP. He has a predator model, a shoulder cannon model (with sprites and sounds), and the Predator razor claw model (with sounds). The only problem is that they need to be converted to NS. Oh and the cannon and claw models have HEV suit arms, unfortunately. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'>
