i canot see anything
i had the problem since 1.0
i ned help ASAP
i have xp (sigh)
and ati rage pro 128 with lates drivers i think
my gamma resets whenever i enter a ns game
NOW all of teh sudden all HL MODS RESET WTF NON OF THEM ARE PLAYABLE NOW
ANY HELP APRECIATED

If you have, try firestorm's way, but first just type "gamma" in the console so you can see what yours is currently set to. Then adjust it properly.
i have read teh sticky, and drivers are offered but not for my card
you can majorly nerf your gamma and clock speed (not recomended btw)
But still, if you have WinXP, you should download those drivers. I was getting the same problem with my new computer (has WinXP but no Nvida or whatever card), but the drivers fixed it for me.
