    whenever you make a background, ALWAYS make it 1600x1200. then go down from there.
    also, do 1280x1024, not 1280x960 (nobody uses that).

    I've been a long time follower of his work and have tried to figure out how he does a lot of his pics but I can't get anywhere close to what he does.
    I use PS 7.0 and 3D Studio Max and it isn't easy.

    If you want a lot of tutorials go to www.deviantart.com for a lot but since a lot of people use the site it's kind of slow but well worth the wait.
