Bullshxtting About Fade......

<div class="IPBDescription">just bullshxting...</div>as we have seen on the informations provided by TSA and soldiers in the frontline of Ariadne Arm
a fade normally have 200 health and 125 armor
theorically with a LMG,which does dmg for 10x50(500)
it should bring those acid sprayer down to hell if we empty ONE magazine of LMG to one of them,
but why we just cannot killem?
the reason can separate to a few point:

1.scare........and fear also.....
rumors spread amoung the soldiers in the field about the horrible of FADE is common
that makes people developed a feeling that "see a FADE=run like hell"
so,just run,no shooting,no damage and no chance to live longer.........

2.your hand shakes...........or you are just out of your mind......
maybe you're scaring,maybe you're just don't have enough sleep,maybe you had just dring a few cans of beer..........etc
i have no opinion....
take a few hours of sleep.....
finish your god damned homework.....
just find a way that makes your brain clear like a mirror

3.you're a one man army.......

This is NS,N-A-T-U-R-A-L S-E-L-E-C-T-I-O-N!
not metal gear or something else
even if you have the combat skill of Solid Snake you can never take down a dozen of Aliens on your own!
so,just find your teammmate,say "follow me" or "i've got your six" and STICK CLOSE TOGETHER

4.Damn!I just met 4 "friendly lifeform" armed with acid rocket!
er......i've nothin to say...........
this time you need a squad of marines armed with Apesuit ,smartgun,grenade launcher,pulse rifle.......(forgive me....i've seen too much AL|ENS......)
or....a little merical in the field........

after all these ****...........i just want to remind you...........
when u face a fade,shoot em and chase it!
after your LMG/HMG is empty,draw your "state-of-the-art" pistol or even your knife!
don't worry if you're killed,you'll just respawn again after a few moment
you die,it cost nothing(or maybe a HA+ HMG cost you 3x+25)
but if it die,it costs them 54+2+2 resources!
don't worry,you've earn it!

    CHASE THEM KILL EM EXTERMINATE THEM!

    And Fades against a HA/HW MArineWelderTeam are dead Fades!

    You gotta realize a fade costs 54 res to turn into.. A hmg/ha marine costs 50 res only.. And a hmg/ha marine (assuming sufficient ammo) can waste a fade easily.. Heck, with upgrades it's a no contest!! Fully upgraded hmg can slaughter a caraspaced Fade as if they were skulks!!

    Yup, that speed is actually incredible. Once i was a fade and marine managed to sneak behind me with hmg and <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif'><!--endemo--> before i even realized that what the hell just happened i was already dead.
    With full upgraded hmg you can kill carapaced fade less than 2 seconds.

    At one game in ns_hera i was that res tower which is in hera room. There was three fades behind that wall and they kept shooring at us. We managed to deal some damage at them and they went in holoroom to get healed by defence chambers. I went in that hallway which is between hera and holoroom. I got HA/HMG and i crouched behind those crates. Those fades ran past me and i attacked and shooted at them. 10 seconds later they were all dead.

    As a marine, you do have one advantage over the fade: NOTHING to lose. Go on a suicide run! Bringing down a Fade is a huge score on your team. But people act far too gingerly around them and think pot shots will scare them off. Which is ridiculous because they keep on regenerating. You have to take them down in one big go or you might as well just not even bother. Whenever Fades are coming I try to coax my team by saying "RUSH THE FADES!" Then high tail it after them hoping my team follows sui (they usually don't). Yes, I will probably die, but if I bring it down it was WELL worth it. Nothing is funner then watching a Fade run away from a marine with an LMG. Try and get as close as possible with your LMG before firing, then switch to pistol and finally the knife.

    Bottom line: RUN IN THERE AND DISPENSE EVERY CLIP YOU HAVE! If you don't kill it, it'll come back at full strength.

    edit: Of course, if you DO have something ot lose (HA/HMG) then take it slow, weld, heal, and keep pushing them back. They have to stop somewhere. Tolerate the acid rockets and don't lose your cool.

    Knifed a fade the other day. First One. It really is good when you get people going 'OMG!!!!' when you kill something. Got healthsprayed right after tho :/.

    My favourite is hide around a doorway out of sight(Even better with MT). Let the fade do its acid rockets then pop out and shoot. It'll have no energy so can't even fight back. Infact its the one way to tell if its a good fade player or not. Good players retreat round a corner then stop and claw you. Bad ones use(try) acid rocket and flee. It's easy to kill the bad type. I tried this with a HMG & light armour killed 5 fades before they worked out they could rush together and use claws.

    Too bad I am a redemption fade, but I hate faders. So usually I would go lerk, and cover up my yellowish umbra on a fade. The marines are usually stupid enough to take the fade out first, but sadly it just wouldn't die easy with an umbra. I would then bite its HA suit off. I've never counts how many bites it takes for a lerk to kill a HA but I managed to killed around 2 dozens yesterday.



    And the question for today is.. How many bites does it takes for a lerk to kill a HA? At lvl 1, 2, 3 and zero.

    I think it's something like 12-13 lerk bites to kill a HA.

    But anyway, damn redemption fades. It takes only 1 clip of LMG ammo to kill a non-carapace fade (a few more rounds to kill a carapace one) but when we actually did band together to run down the fades they just disappeared when they were almost dead.     Plus when you rush a Fade, it will make them fall back, and help keep them out of the place you're defending.

    Gah! The unholy HA/HMG was mentioned! And people wonder why acid-rocket is so proliferic... man, any Fade unwise enough to go toe-to-toe with an aware marine will get splattered by the extreme damage potential of that damn gun.
    That said, three LMGers coming round the corner worry any tactical Fade. Sure, often they'll drop, but with skill those three LMGers could maim or even kill that Fade with impunity.
    'Course, even with full cloaking I've hacked away at the back of a HA marine only for him to spin on his heel and blow me away... I obviously injured him, but with 10 seconds of welding and two medpacks he makes a mockery of my hard-spent res <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

    i was calm willing to die as an LMG marine...(wtf i almost typed fade! o.0 lmg fade? hehhe )

    well nywayz,,, i was point blank emptied my whole 50 bullet clip with 1 whole pistol clip and he still didn't die
