<div class="IPBDescription">...who gives a crap?</div> Okay... so I read the first part.
Eight times.
Whoever the hell wrote this, PLEASE set finger to keyboard, okay? It's great, and it's also a hell of a chance to give out some good Strat.
Please. Finish this.
Pweeeease?

As for the alien side of it, I assume you fall back on the old standby... telling it in third person. Maybe with a little tip of the hat toward System Shock 2...
"Glaar was hungry. Hunger drove the sharp and frail little Glaar down caverns of extinguished lights. There were no desires behind those blank eyeskins, just a compulsive need to find the source of the intrustion and make it go away, an invisible sore on his hide that could not be healed away by The Many."
On that note, System Shock 2 was absolutely creepy--all the moreso because some younger members of the household had children's tunes going on at the time--and now I have a mental association between the music and lumbering worm-infested zombies.
Now where was it...duh, can't remember but try searching the fan-fiction forum.
Umm have you ever read Enders Game buddy? Case and Point, If Im ever bored enough Ill drop a nice story on the forums.
ive read many of this kind of matierial, its really fascinating and interesting to read a story that the writer has wrote from another perspective.. very difficult to do, but if the author can pull it off.. its great
And Draxo, if it can be pulled off, I have no doubt that it would be a good story. (It would have to be, heh.) But so far I have yet to read a story that does this to any degree of success. I'm just pointing out the major obsticles that one would face in writing from the Kharaa perspective. And keep in mind that the facn-fiction writers in this community are made up of amatures and quasi-perfesional writers, and published works will be a cut higher quality then what one could find here. (If any of our writers are reading this, please don't take offence, as there is none intended here.)
What I am trying to point out here is how difficult it is to write a good story from the Kharra perspective and stay true to their alienness at the same time. There are alot of factors to keep in mind, like making sure the kharaa don't become human minds in a twisted body.
