teeth off is the stupidist thing ever , i cant stand people that do that, and i own them just the same, so no it doesnt help.. geze. flay goes out of his way to make it preetty and you turn it off because u wanna be 1337 pfft... screw that!
skulk teeth are like the marine muzzle flash, sometimes it gets in the way, but if u know what your moderatly doing then doesnt make a difference. You really never wondered why that flash is so annoyingly big sometimes...

I don't know if they turned the teeth off or not. I certainly don't. I find the hive sight to be too important to turn off models, I was just wondering if some people found that it was easier. I certainly don't know if you can call the animation a 'balance' issue, just seems like eyecandy to me.
Besides, this post has nothing to do about how GOOD the score was, but rather the fact that this skulk seemed, for the lack of a better word, invulnerable.
I don't know how to explain it, some nights, people such as myself can be out of our game then others go 30-3, Skulking is just a way of life

I play against |MATT| quite often as he's UK and there's not that many servers and he is good. One thing he seems to have down to a 'T' is 'headshots'. I think 1 bite to the head kills marines(with LA), if you can do it well you can take out alot of marines.
However I can go a long time without dieing but it doesn't mean I'm a good skulk. The majority of my deaths come from assualting phase gate/TF positions. If I chose my fights I'd get much better scores but to play NS well you can't always(even often).
So although not necesarilly true: How do you go 36-4 as a skulk? - by being selfish
Tells teh whole game, along with allt he other screenshots of peopel going 60/0. Just look at the team scores and think again about skill having anything to do with it.

Not doctored, and I still don't know how I got that many kills... The marines just kept jumping in front of mah claws. Also, we didn't have three hives until near the end. This was 25% 1 hive skulk kills, then 75% 2 hive fade kills. I'd estimate around 20 kills as skulk.

I THINK YOU GET THE POINT. SKILL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE SCREEN-CAPTURED SCORES
Ah, but it does. Just take a glance at the number of times the aliens have died on those screenshots. It's true that alien kills don't line up perfectly with marine deaths, but they are normally at least very close. The marine scores, however, normally are totally off from the alien deaths, leading me to believe that marine score is not a kill score but rather something else--not sure what exactly.
You can't judge kills by a screenshot... you could have been a lerk that spammed the marine's spawns with spore cloud from an inaccesible area and inflated your score to 90 at no risk to yourself.
Either that, or everyone in the game could be newer players, or not really know what they are doing. See my screenshot for an example of this. When I joined this game, there was a turret factory, 2 turrets, and 2 marines in my hive... and then the map turned completely around. Marines that even remotely knew what they were doing probably wouldn't have lost from that position, but you wouldn't know that the marines were that bad just from the shot.
