Wtf Is With The Cc Hijacking?!

LAME.
Today i had 3 games in which i relocated to a hive, only to have someone jump into the CC at the hive when the aliens kill the marine start CC and proceed to sabotage marines.
Some interesting things i see......
1.Spamming CCs.
2.Spamming IPs.
3.Building TF and purposely putting turrets in a position to NOT cover the TF,or ANY building at all..
4.Building extra armory or observatory.
The best one had to be when this lamer with his 2 friends hijacked the CC and proceeded to.....
1.Build a TF and ONE turret in base. The turret was placed just infront of the TF and the TF was near to the wall with a gap behind it to allow the skulks to hide at and chomp it.
2.upgraded armory.Excuse me?Who needs hmgs against skulks?!unarmored HMGers are like big fat targets waiting to be chomped.
3.ABSOLUTELY refused to take the 2nd hive. The entire team(except him and his 2 friends) were screaming for him to secure the 2nd hive but he kept telling us to secure more RTs so that he can "give everyone hmg".
4.Proceeded to have his friends taunt us when we tried to eject him, saying things like "hahaha we wont vote!" "you cant eject him!" "lol we rox!!!!!".
5.All 3 lamers kept whining throughout the entire round(kinda short since aliens happily got a free 2nd hive) about how we wouldnt secure RTs so that they could get HMGs.When fades started bombarding our base, the 3 of them kept saying that the rest of us were at fault, because we didnt secure 2nd hive.Excuse me?The comm REFUSED to secure it.
6.All 3 of them repeatedly made sarcastic comments about how much the rest of the marines sucked because they werent securing RTs to get the commander and his 2 friends HMGs.
We need to do something about this......
1.By the time you eject, oops, damage done.
2.Sometimes you have people who either dont know how to vote,or are too lazy to vote, simply do not care or are his friends and wont vote.
So no,eject commander vote doesnt always work.
How about this,we change the commander ejection vote to a "Yes" or "No" vote and we have it appear in a window on your screen so that you are FORCED to vote. Also removing the "Can only vote once" thing? What happens if another lamer jumps in?You cant eject him as well.Perhaps putting a time limit?

"Can only vote once"
This is really getting irritating to me, So im working on another system to replace the original vote ejecting.
Some things already in place...
One of the Admin pugins (can't recall which, its on the server I play on) have admin_vote_kick command usable by non-admins (so the yes no option to kick the llama is displayed)
Play on a server that is heavily admined. Most admins won't tolerate abuse by a commander (allthough some of this sounds like just bad commanding and a different strategy - res/hmg instead of 2 hive - than the norm)
An Eject Commander Vote might be nice as people do forget about it in the heat of battle but with the plugins that exist there are other methods to prevent this.
on the fogies server, some guy jumped in, took the cc while the real comm was out building stuff. rines told him, no, get out of the cc, <insert comm name here> is comming.
the guy said "I do WHAT I LIKE WHEN I LIKE" over voice comm, started turreting up the base.
banned.
perm.

Spamming CCs, whether to waste res or to build a Mega Wall is always just plain stupid.
That remains somewhat unclear. The alien team had some good players and we had some good players as well.Come to think of it,the number of good players was exactly the same on each team.
It would have been a toss-up on whether the marines could shoot better than they could skulk.
Although,we would have had a chance of at least higher than 0%.
Unfornately the local servers i play on,are supposed to be "newbie friendly.".So all you have to do to avoid getting banned in such a situation is to say "Oh im a newbie and i wanted to learn how to comm better." and admin wont do anything.Indeed YOU will be warned not to submit "false reports" and to "stop being anti-newbie."Does not help the admins are "busy" and havent monitored the server in months.Busy in RL + Adminship on server.....does.....not......fit.
 <------if that smiley works.
Which is why i posted a new thread in servers forum looking for a new server somewhere in Asia with good admins.
Flay COULD hard code in wonids to be banned.......

Well the HMG part.......
It kinda spoils his credibility about it being a "tatic" when he and his friends repeatedly boast about how hes going to "own you all when we get hmgs" and "get more kills than the suckers on marines".When we realised what he was trying to do,we tried to explain to him why the strategy wouldnt work, except he kept going "shuddup lar dont kaoepei leh i am very pro!!!!!!".Thats partly in singlish,a dialect.Translated into english, its somehting like "Eh,shut up,dont make commetns that i dont want to hear,i am a elite commander!!!!!!!".
You need admin ninjas to protect servers from unhonourable yojimbo's
Some guy got his **** to eclipse and demanded phase and TF -- after I clearly explained that we're tech rushing.
Let me explain this: IN A TRUE TECH RUSH, YOU DON'T NEED TO HOLD ANY HIVES. A good marine team with 8 players will have JP HMG before the second hive can finish, usually before it even starts. It takes exactly one good JP HMG player to take out most hives (subspace is so easy its a joke).
Anyway, it went downhill fast because after getting JP and HMG I realized not a single one of my newb marines would have been capable of taking out a hive (even though Eclipse is a pretty easy map to JP/HMG rush on).
So, I know you're saying that you hate it when newb comms take the chair... but if you flamed me for tech rushing to HMG JP I'd laugh at you. Its probably the most devastating marine tactic available in 1.04 assuming the teams are even in terms of skill.
I know that http://www.tacticalgamer.com is accepting applications for its private NS server. There are zero players there who play like that. Any that do are immediately banned.
although i do agree about a better eject comm, and that if this comm was that much of an **** then he didnt deserve to have marines follow his orders
Don't relocate.
1.JP, now they are big fat targets ready to, but cant be, chomped.
2.Skill, the skulks wont even touch them unless they are so skilled that 1 skull from front and 1 skull from back.
its stupid

Relocating works qutie well as it drastically reduces the amount of resoruces and manpower necessary to maintain the defense perimeter. While you do lose one RP (unless the aliens leave the original base alone, which they usually do, for a short while), defending the hive becomes much, much easier. Even with just one rp and enoguh turrets it is entirely possible to tech to HA/JP/HMG and take down the other two hives given time. It is not necessarily the most fun strategy, however.
The probelm with HMG marinse without HA/JP - Skulk hiding at corner/on roof.CHOMP.
Yes going tech tree is a viable strategy if you have enough marines that know what to do and can shoot reasonably well.
But this guy wasnt even bothering to attack their 2nd hive....he just kept getting RTs so that he could "get coolz stuffz".He only gave his 2 friends HMG and they, naturally, didnt bother to attack the 2nd hive. They just ran all over the map getting "l33t kills!".
