Just to know when would I have it pleasure of discovering different game style?
marine(light) vs Skulk? Escape map?...etc..?

    If you listen to the Flayra NS radio interview he mentions that he won't put in gameplay modes that don't add to the core NS experience. So I wouldn't expect any cheap one-of escape mode/map or things like that.

    Well... obviously selecting one alien empire over another will require careful study of the ideals each side lives by. A look at the governmental structures and the political and socio-economic climates of these factions would be necessary. Each ready room will have to have large entrances to the team selects. Large enough to hold 10 - 15 lines of text that outline this information.
    One would not want to simply select the Nudist Alien Faction without prior notice of this fact... right?
