Nice Relocation Trick

<div class="IPBDescription">annoying the commander</div> If you ever stop a relocation attempt, do not kill the extra command center, leave it (if its empty)
now, when you get the chance, make a single offence chamber within range of it.
For the next hour+ the commander will constantly have "building under attack" messages thrown at him, and will get into the habit of ignoring them. (im sure you can see how this can work to your advantage)

anyways, the commander was global-voicing how us "SOB ALIENS AND THIER EXPLOIT SH*T!"
well, i would assumel he was more than a little annoyed.
"Will you PLEASE just kill the F'ing chair already?!?! This is driving me nuts!"
In addition to that, with the constant "Your base is under attack," messages, it's almost impossible for the comm to quick jump to where he/she needs. By the time the request for ammo/health has been recognised and the comm hits the jump, another message has come in and the comm is looking at the half dead chair.

this is definately on my to do list. I just hope I remember it when some noobler comm decides on a relocation.
(Was sooooo funny, one time, the marines had this comm who had a hardon/brain tumor, for relocation, and kept demanding/insisting/ordering that it would work. He was soooo sure of it, even after the sixth round where we killed them off in under ten minutes. Luckily for the marines someone else beat him to the comm chair, and were all like, "Hey, why are we dying, Diff comm?" to wit the old comm spouted some expletives and left the game. Suffice to say, the next few hours of gaming were pure bliss, where we had some real competition)
Oh and ive seen relocating work well, but only in some instances, otherwise its a stupid tactic, FAAAR too risky for its benefits.

Thinking about it there's nothing to stop you doing this against a turret. Won't last as long.
