Warhammer Weapons

With all the work on the Warhammer space marine, I was wondering if anyone was interested in converting some weapons and maybe even the Terminator from this WarHammer 40K half-life mod. <a href='http://www.rivalspecies.com/game/weapons.shtml' target='_blank'>http://www.rivalspecies.com/game/weapons.shtml</a>

I dunno about WH40K weapons for NS...but that mod looks fuxxin sweet. Can't wait to play that action.

I would advise against that whole heartedly unless you got into contact with Bahl (Project Lead and Lead Modeller) and asked him for their use. I know he would be quite angry at his models being used without his permision. Email him about it. Or I could ask him next time he's online if you really want to see if you can use them (but until the 21st of feb my net access is unrelaiable as my cable has been suspended till then)

ive been watching this mod for sooo long. I have asked bahl to use his models. but he sed no, just wait for the mod to come out, so wen i does come out this will be my big conversion project and I <b>WILL</b> ask for Balh's permission to do this.

BUT for the mean time there is and bolter that i found, with Q3 anims that came with my Marine, so as soon i as i get done converting my Q3 marine, i will do the bolter. Also i have found a Q3 Terminator, it would fit the role OF HA perfect'amondO <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>, but it has a crappy skin, so i will have to look into that one.

PLUS, a few of u may know or remeber i am currently making a Tyranid Army pack for NS, i havent realy been able to do much work on this pack atm! but soon i have a week off skool so work will start on it ASAP.

seeing im in YR11, GCSEs come before anything else, thats why im behind in completin stuff!

at least i'm not the only one that finds the green jumpsuit disturbing.... the crab, i could go without, but have no dissagreement with... i know that it's his right to have them, and his right to... well, have bad art/animations for his, but ohh well, one or the other, that's what i say....

anyway, it looks like a good mod, can't wait until easter, so i can start spamming the guy asking permission to share his work (properly credited of course)

What, Rival Species? Hello no you don't have to pay, it's a free MOD for Half Life. You'll be able to download the Beta around Easter once we've finished Alpha testing.

BTW Darkbolt101, I play Warhammer 40k. I have a Necron army building up and plan to go Tau next. Trust me, they aren't as hard to paint as you'd think. Besides, painting is part of the enjoyment of collecting your armies and playing the game. And if you do try, don't expect your work to turn out exactly like on the box, they aren't called the 'Eavy Metal Team for nothing.

^ what he sed, i got a Dark Angles set, they look **** hot on the box, ive only painted 5 of em, and its taken me more than 5 months just to paint them :/
