Please help, I don't remember doing anything wrong or have I just made a boo boo somewhere trying to connect

    I just checked your profile, and it says you're from England.  There's a bunch of bans from dialup.pol.co.uk from another person (not you), so if that's the ISP you're using, try switching ip adresses, if you can (they aren't <i>all</i> banned).
