And onceI was in atmospheric processing, in that... atmospheric processing thingy (where there's light) I leapt on one of those little things right on top of their tf and phase. I can see it now, a clueless marine, knifing away at a seemingly defenseless RT, suddenly it punches him in the face, and he dies.

And i saw that there are other screenshot topics (Turret Farms, Cool Screenshots, etc) in this forum, so...
Basically, I was going to build an RT in Reactor Room in Tanith when lo and behold, the RT came down on the wrong spot. I built it there when my command told me to hang out a moment... The following picture is the result. I cut it down for size but can post the whole screenshot if needed.
I would like to know if anyone else has tried placing a second RT on the open spot after the original RT moves. I don't know if we were getting any extra resources from it (didn't think to check)

RNs do not give resources at intervals.
RNs are a place to build RTs. (Like vespene gysers from StarCraft)
The RTs themselves give res.
But RTs cannot (normally) be constructed off of an RN.
Therefore, yes, this COULD become an exploit.
One of the more interesting things I've seen is one resnode that actually had two resource towers on it. I was a marine and knifing one RT, when that one died, lo and behold, a second, full HP RT appeared from out of nowhere! All of my honed Marine instincts said just one thing at that point...
