Amx Plugin Mapchooser In Ns?

what do i need to do? to get mapchooser.amx plugin work in NS? i have changed the maps.
But when it comes up and u can vote map, Example all vote on ns_tanith so it be choosed then when it changes map it can be any map it starts like Ns_eclipse, Ns_bast etc etc.
Why does it do that? whats wrong??
if i type nextmap and it says the choosed map, but it doesnt start it when the game is over.
can some1 say the right configuration so i can fix it plz.

    I use the custom rockthevote plugin that was made by TCquest78 for my server. It's menu driven and lets the admin cancel the vote whenever it's called. It doesn't wait for the end of the round currently but I can ask TCquest78 to put in a cvar that allows you to have it wait or go immediately.

    BTW admins can cancel the vote at anytime by typing cancelvote in the console or 'say' message. Look at the bottom of the source for commands.

    It should be perfect if it changes map after the game, is it like map chooser and comes up like after 20 min so u can choose? or must i use console?
