Ns_gasteiz concept

NS_Gasteiz takes place on a colony transport that's been pretty thoroughly messed up by an attack. chunks of it are missing, power is out except for some emergency lighting, and there are holes in the hull that can quickly suck a marine out into vacuum if he/she doesn't weld them shut fast enough.

Before the attack, the colony transport's exterior resembled this corvette from Homeworld:

only on a much larger scale, with some chunks missing like I mentioned earlier. Some of the chunks missing are from explosions from the attacks, and some of them are from escape pods which make up the outer hull of the ship (it ejects them off of a central tube which houses the main reactors and computer systems.) The objective is, as always, to kill the aliens, but there is a cargo pod sitting smack in the middle with a very advanced terraforming device in it, which needs to be recovered.

Oh, and none of the ship's signage is in english.

    no english, I thought this was the future?  everybody will speak english.  That's what the internet is for right? to spread english across the world.  Je ne comprend pas des autres langues.  The aliens should speak english too otherwise they might miss a turn at one of the signs.

    hmm no english is fine for me, but maybe you coudl do what Id did with quake2, on the alien world the signs were in english but in an alien looking font, they really pulled that off nicely

    The languages have already been decided. And there will be pictures, and warning signs will be done in such a way that you can tell they're warning signs.

    Hmmz, I know that ship. Isn't it from Homeworld (which is a good game by the way)?
