Possible? Im having problems...
My desktop resolution is 800x600, I have a pretty small monitor. I run NS in 1024x768 just fine, the problem is when I crank it up to 1600x1200 I can only see 1/4th of the screen Is there any way possible to fix this (besides getting a nice 21 inch monitor *drool*), or am I confined to only being able to double my resolution in HL?

Can your monitor normally handle that resolution?

If yes, then set your desktop monitor resolution to 1600x1200, set the width/height settings on the monitor to your standards, and then switch it back to 800x600. Then, when playing Natural Selection, the monitor should remember the settings you placed for that resolution size.

Or, do this while playing Natural Selection. Either way.

Shouldn't this be in Tech Support? Oh, and as far as actually offering up helpful advice, I have no idea. But if you can run 1600x1200 on NS, why the hell are you running 800x600 desktop? I haven't run anything 800x600 since the turn of the century.
