Console Errors: Need Assistance

I am running a server and when ever someone connects and disconnects i get this message: Net_QueuePacket: Invalid Argument.
It only happens with NS: Could someone shead some light on my problem?

    where do you get this message? in console? in game?
    Also what are your network specs and OS?

    ahh console error.

    Do I take it you have networkdebug on?

    Actually, i do not have debug on: it happens when someone connects/disconnects and i think it may be causing some of the other problems ive been having:
    os: rh 8
    I have a SBC 5/5 Twin Coaxal Connection
