Most Mine Kills As Alien?

what was the most number of marines uve killed with mines as an alien? My top is 6 marines <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>. i havent seen anybody get passed that.

I'm not sure of the specific number, but I got something like 8 or 9 the other day with a pair of acid rockets. You see, it was ns_nancy and the comm had spent a good 100 res or so on mining up the base. We had the whole map because the marines couldn't get past our WoL at the bottom of the ramp, so they all just hid in the base. Bad idea <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

the most I have gotten is 4 and it was from a very weeeeeeeird bug.

I was JUST spawning as a skulk when that happened. It made no sense to me =/

I gotcha beat, although It wasn't me, I've seen 8 mine kills, actually I was one of the eight becuase the I convinced the marine team to commit suicide by mining our base to hell when fades would come around.

EDIT. hah if you read the conversation leading up to the explosion you can see what we're trying to do, and I wasn't serious when i said crash the server lol

hehe same here.. my personal record must be 5 or 6, I do 2 or 3 kills quite "commonly"

Once on a 32 player server we, as marines, saw everything hopeless, and mined our base to death. (to death means some mines started to go invisible and the lag was horrible!)

We all camped in our base when all 15 of us were waiting for our doom.

boom resumes the story pretty well. And like an idiot I felt like an idiot when everyone starts saying rofl screenshot and I forgot to take one <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'> <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'>

(yes aliens sometimes win on 32 palyer servers! I don't know what happened because I joined midgame but aliens sometimes win!)

I can't find the screen shot ...yet... but the whole 10 players on a marine team (including me) sat on about 16 mines and waited for fades to come. We all died in a mass suicide <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>. It was a VERY large explosion.

Must find shot later.... play now...

this what happens when a carspaced, celrity skulk meets a bunch of marines in a small corridor and they try and build a phase gate.

as you can see, you don`t need to blow up anything, eg. mines, yourself. to get lots of kills in a row.

How did you get 2 mine explosions in one console? did you take out the mines in base, let them remine, then explode em again? If so those are some dim-witted marines.

Most ive seen was when i was a command and got people to place mines all over main base in 1.03.

We didnt realise they had fades, and were all sitting waiting for a bunch of skulks to run in, but BANG a fade got like 8 kills from one acid spit.

They mined their entire base, but on hera there are two levels in the marine spawn. Got the top first, then got the bottom <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'>.
