Yes but there aren't so many ending in the air, in 9 different directions <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
Well, it does look nice, but make a catwalk from where the pic is taken to the hive.
EDIT: responding to post below: I never said anything about "it should look like ns_bast, why isn't it?".... I just quoted you.
I disagree.
Put in some Toads, a Crocodile and a Princess to save instead <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Make sure not to get stuck or sticky ANYWERE as all classes.
Use clip brushes...
second im owrking on making sure you cant get stuck im gonna try and get stuck in like 4 hours when it finally recompiles after i added my new spaceship to the level:)
A crocodile? I hope you aren't referring to Bowser as a crocodile, cause he's a giant turtle.
Anyway, your map looks pretty nice. You could use some texture and brushwork variation, as your room seems to be made up mostly of flat, infested-textured walls.
The Princess is in another castle...
anyway, GJ!!!
Good job.
Can someone get stuck behind the hive? I suggest you put a clip brush over the hive just in case
But apart from that, it looks very pwn
*winces*
imma go check it..
Very.. gritty and gruesome! hehe
Although.. you know that rotating cylinders is a pain in the **** and by doing so, you're just ASKING for errors! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Best way to do it is by turning them into func_trains with just 1 path_corner and give it the orientation that you want. So right at the start, they will be in the right position, and youll never have to worry about errors like coplanar faces and such.
Think about it
