I got a desparate question. Is Dreamcatcher any good? I love Stephen King but every single goddam movie he makes sucks the big festered one (possible exception for Cujo). So is it watchable or just utter garbage.
I rue the day that anyone decides to make the Dark Tower series into movies.

 He wouldnt dare let them.

Forget about whether or not Dreamcatcher is any good. If movie tickets are cheap enough in your area, go just to see the Animatrix short "Final Flight of the Osiris" bundled with it. Leave immediately when it's over, talk to a high-ranking employee or manager of the theatre, and if you handle it right you should be able to give them the idea that you want a good number of screens playing Matrix Reloaded so you won't have to wait in line on release
Admittedly, I haven't gone to see Dreamcatcher. But with that short bundled, you can bet I will...

Stephen King is one of the best writers that i ever read, but his last books sucks a lot i hope that with this movie don´t be the same
I liked it. Haven't yet read the books, but the movie was good. I can't say exceptional, but yeah, I did post something in the past on the off-topic board about it, the Final Flight of the Osirus is great.
I thought it started building up really well, but then it just slowly fell into a spiral of utter retardedness. I mean that both figuratively and literally

I've read on of his books, Pet Sematary. It's was GREAT. There's a movie out, and I'm wondering if I should rent it, the question is, does it live up to the book and is it good?

Still, I enjoyed the movie.
'Course, I saw it many, many years ago, so my opinion of it might be very different now.
The movie was alright, it twists around a bit. I found it interesting and worth the moola at least. Better than "Tears of the Sun". What a drawn out piece of crap that was.
they butchered some of the more intriguing story elements and dumbed it down a whole lot. That said, it's still a good horror flick, albeit a gory one at that.
