Opengl Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">This is a problem I have when I run NS</div> Everytime I try to run this game it says that "The selected OpenGL mode is not supported by your video card". After I installed NS I couldn't run Half Life, Team Fortress Classic, Ricochet, or Deathmatch Classic because I'd get the same message.

OpenGl isn't supported by your videocard.

Edit: Try using Direct3D

umm, I don't think that NS supports D3D (or possibly it is the other way around)

however the solution to this is to open up your config --> Video menue

then change the mode to a diff type of openGL (there are a few of em)

and if that don't work, try D3D and if that don't work...

go buy a new vid card b/c software mode isn't supported at all for NS

NS supports Direct3D.

How do I update my video card drivers?

go to the website for the card you have
start menu --> controll panel --> System --> HardwareTab --> DeviceManager --> video card

that will tell you the version of driver you have and what your card is exactly (so you know what to DL)

and when I say not suported I ment there are bugs with it, sorry
