Whats Wtih These Maps?

<div class="IPBDescription">lost, freefall, pillbox ect...</div> whenever i try to join a server on these maps, or the map changes to it, i get quit out saying coulnt find some file called mole or wall in the valve directory, is there any fix for this?

    Do you have the actual map files? These are all custom maps that you need to downlaod from the 'net. I don't remember any links off the top of my head, but you can check the mapping forum.

    The maps you've listed in the subject line are third party maps. It might be a good idea to download them, rather than relying on the auto-download.

    You need ns_mole wad for freefall wich is in another map.

    Uh, guys, he's just missing the proper wads because the auto-download didn't grab them for him.

    The solution: go to a proper map download site and download them, they'll include the .wad files and tell you where to put them.

    If you complete the auto-download and you are missing files, it means that the server operator did not create a proper resource (.res) file. Do as the others have suggested and download the map yourself, or try to play on servers that are configured properly. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
