<div class="IPBDescription">demo</div> Just got alittle bored with how a game was going so I asked the commander to start giving out heavy armor and welder's.
To play save into the Natural-Selection folder, open up NS, goto console and type playdemo heavywelderrush

    That was awesome... all those heavies jumping up and slowly welding the hive. Sucks to be the gorge surrounded by welding heavies, though.

    We had motion tracking so we could see where he was, when I got up there he already ran out the otherside and was half-way down to Computer Core.

    What i wan't to see sometime is all marines with HA/welder and all aliens go gorge with cara/adren and health spray, no structures nearby. I wonder how that fight would go.

    Hey, there's nothing wrong with the word "Nazi." It doesn't always have to mean somebody who has anti-semitic views... Now it just means being anti- something or against something. I'm thesoupnazi, and it's not like I put soups in concentration camps.

    How do i record the sound of a demo to wav. If i do the record switches to "mic" - unable to initialize direct dound capture"

    well then he clearly used nazi incorrectly if u construe it to mean against
    nazi filters -> against filters. he would be able to post what he wanted if the forums were against filters. what he meant was fascist, harsh or restrictive.
    and i believe what Jim meant to say was that "dragon probably doesn't know the meaning of the word(s) he intended to post".

    Yeah, I was in that game (I'm the HA with the shotty, but you probably just see me welding). What you probably don't see in the demo is how long it took some of us to concince the stragglers to stop playing around in base and actually go and attack the hive.

    The mix of our team was about half skilled and half, er, wheeeee! shiny things! players. So, we managed to motivate the pubbers eventually, and I'm rather pleased with how it turned out.
