Did you download some custom models?

If you did that's probably why, cause some servers show that error when you join their server with custom models.

Consistency is a server-side variable that forces everyone to use the original models to prevent cheating such as allgreen models or very small teeth
Either you switch back to the original models or stop playing on file-consistency enforced servers

You propably have HD pack from Blueshift installed. So that message comes even if you haven't downloaded any specific NS custom models. Extract the original shell.mdl from pak0.pak (half-life\valve directory) into your ns\models directory, for example with half-life model viewer.
