Ns Crash When Testing Map

I made a ready room and started on the rest of the level, but when I test the map it crash. No leaks, no problems after the compile.

The ready room works, but as soon i start make anything more and add spawnpoints for each team it crash.

Is it not possible to have just one hive and one spawn point without it crash?

I experience a similar problem from time to time.
After compiling the map I start playing the map... readyroom works fine but as soon as i join a team HL crashes and won't start again until i reboot my computer.
Then I changed NOTHING on the map but just compiled it again.. it worked.

I think it was some sort of compiling error or something... i was doing some other things (surfing, chatting, graphics) while waiting for the compiler to finish, maybe this caused an error.
The last few time i compiled a map i shut down all other programs before... and didn't experience that error again.

But thins is just what I experienced... i have no idea what the "real" problem behind this might be.

yes i agree with what he said. when you compile you should have very little open at one time. if you ever burned a cd of any type you dont want to flood the computer with extra info when its working hard on somehthing and may cause the compile to "hicccup" thus causing an error. so you should shut down any unnecessary progs b4 compile starts.

Well, I reading a book when compiling so that can't be the reason, and I turned off every single program not needed. And it still work agianst me.. So I decide to put that project on ice and make a new level and if the problem come back
