its a good idea to spam medkits and ammo packs all around the hive (like on via) you should have medkits all over the ground instead of in one area cuz you can easily get bit right out of the sky by having them all in one area because they can have gorges sit there and heal spray you or lerks just sit there on top of them, but if you have them spead everywhere you can land anywhere for medkits and ammo instead of having to risk getting gunned down on one small spot <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&::onos::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tiny.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tiny.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&::gorge::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/pudgy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='pudgy.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&::skulk::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/skulk.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='skulk.gif'><!--endemo-->
i used it 10 times already and my marines survive (until after they clear the hive and lerks come and all the medkits are gone) then its up to them to survive <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    well it would work well into you lose all of that becuz they was too much protection. you shouldnt just spam cause u feel like it. spam when you need to but spam logically. dont go throw it in a random corner

    usually if I can i try and drop the gear right on the marine...or in the path I think he is most likely to take while running in a small cirlce. Usually I don't have to much time to try and baby sit this one marine and spam gear on him. however it's usually the only way to keep them alive. I recommend if nothing else, spread it out a little...keep it where he's likely to fall...remember, each on you drop is res used up.
