Bandwith Consumption

<div class="IPBDescription">How much bandwidth does use a server</div> My isp allow me to spend only 30Gb each month. I want to run 14 slots server but i think that it will take more than 30Gb. (yeah, I know, mi isp sux)

The server will be online all days about 5 or 6 hours. So 14 players * 5kb = 70kb/s, * 60 seconds = 4Mb/min, * 60 mins = 240Mb/hour, * 5 hours = 1,2Gb, * 30 days = 36Gb ??


But, there is not always 14 players playing, so i think that, meaby, it will fith with only 30Gb.


Thats right? Im not sure.

    You are assuming that your server will be full 24/7. Most NS servers are only busy a certain part of the day, and usually at night they are empty, and even if you have players on your server, it may not be full.
