First Pic: Love the infestation -- love the broking grating. However, you two yellow lights on the wall look out of place, they just dont look like they should be in that room. Maybe if you rearrnaged the spot lights you could take them out and still have enough lighting to make it look good.
Second Pic: Once again, nice infestatin. I still feel those big, chunky, yellow lights just dont accent this area well. However -- the green lights are very nice!
Third Pic: Same as last two ^
Fourth Pic : I dont want to say boring, but the wall to the right could have more going on. Possibly make the light in the far right red and then add a red light to the wall just right of the grating walkway. This may make the area look too red -- but at least it adds more of a bang! to the whole place.
I'm also really liking your lighting. It's nice and contrasting without being too dark. Plenty of color too.
Love that last shot, narby. Are those worklights in the first shots world geometry or models? I personally am going to guess model, but I thought I'd ask anyway. I also like the little yellow highlights on the left side of the second shot (conveyor belts?)
Also, I think I remember you mentioning a water route. Is that it underneath that hole in the grating?
Something i'd like to see here is more walls on angles. They are more appealing to me than support beams on the ceiling and such.
In the first pic, is that a hole in the grating or a pool of reflective liquid? What you can see under the hole looks a lot like what is above the hole. If only HL could do mirrors.
Ugh, that reminds me of the Red Faction mirrors. I kid you not, they were as bad as the duke nukem ones.
