people have a really annoying habbit of "creaming" thier pants when some1 releases something . Please those comments make you sound really unintelligent. Sid is a major offender lol. Instead of posting about your spontaneous ejaculation upon viewing a model of higher calibre say something constructive please. saying "ooh thats cool" is ok to a certain to degree but after the 4 pages of it its just a waste of bandwidth.

thank you and have a nice day .

e/ .. just toned it down a bit.

soiling ones pants is an exspression used alot in modeling forums... same is "that model is sexy" and "awsome, but i wouldn't use it"

no matter how much you dislike these sayings, they will not dissapear, or go away, i can understand your frustration and dislike, but you also need to understand the other side...

when i recived the Ultralisk... my heart fluttered, it was an amazing moment, truely awe inspireing... but for short, because we all tend to be lazy "i soiled my pants"

lazy "catch phrases" > reasonable sentances...

then say something like "that takes the cake" not "omg thats so.. damn.. i creamed my pants.. ill go get some more.. damn i did it again... just wait... nope they are sploodged too." i mean saying a model is sexy is ok because architecture can be and models are works of art but creaming ones pants is just strange.

Live with it. People can post what they want as long as it doesn't violate the TOS.

Finally! Someone has some sense to post this!

    It's terribly irritating.

I'm glad it's been voiced, I've been waiting for this all my life *SPLOOGE CREAM*

yes you are right they can post whatever they want but im just stating that by posting the things that people do they are making an impression on other forum goers. Your post for example was blatantly rude. Now i'm not going to have much respect for what you say. by taking the time to write something worth reading people will come to respect your opinion more. If you want to be known as the forum idiot then fine by me thats something that you'll have to live with.

i have regularly expressed my lurve for models... in a most passionate way... (not nessesarily on these forums) it is saying how much i like the model in a jokular fashion.. it isnt meant to be dirty or nothing...

p.s my current fave isnt rude it is : You sir are teh winnar!

e.g *Delarosa, you sir are teh winnar!

    * is a fictional character and has no bearing to the delarosa on these forums and his name was not inspired in anyway by this monstrosity

    is unintelligent really a word?
otherwise good post. A lot of good model releases get so much spam without any constructive help.

the forums would attract more people if it wasn't "noob-filled" i mean certainly you arn't all noobs but posting about for love for a file is strange. Anyways im glad coil agrees with me. I'm not saying we should enforce a rule that prevents you from expressing yourself but just keep in mind to anyone that posts here that we are reading what you say and it leaves an impression.

    True and true.
When a model is good, try and say so without mentioning your nether regions in any way, shape or form.

this example drives the oposing side's point (agreement with verbs on that one?) home.

Moderation, and a truely heartfelt exspresion for the file should overcome nightmare-giving "catch phrases".

although we have discused the splooge a a problem, we have also not heard a propper"replacement" that fits in the "PG-13" rating. (yes, i'm using the rating ystem of somone born in the 60s here, but "owning" someone isn't acceptable)

after watching the latest SNL, i propose that those of us with sensible minds... and by sensable, i mean minds that can see the truth, and change their ways, thoughts, and actions to provide a better communal environment, i suggest: "Like Butter (ah, if you must)"

this "Like Buttah" comes from a mike meyers skit about barbra streisand... you all know the one (yes, i'm a SNL addict)

so um...in all seriousness...what was the point of this post that had anything to do with models? i see no pics....just some heated discussion about a "heated" topic that should have just been sent in pms to the people posting "these" replys...or to a moderator so that they could deal with it accordingly...
  • coilcoil Amateur pirate. Professional monkey. All pance. Join Date: 2002-04-12 Member: 424Members, NS1 Playtester, Contributor
Consider this a moderator dealing with it:

No one needs to hear about what you and your pants did when you saw X model or Y skin. Please refrain from said descriptions in the future. Instead, alternatives such as "that's the most amazing thing I've ever seen" or "Wow, I'd sell my little brother for that model" are perfectly appropriate and not revolting. Sweet.

On a side note, the more often you go bonkers over a model, the less that reaction means. How is a modeler supposed to gauge public reaction when *every* model - even the crap ones - get the same response? What if *every* orchestra performance received a standing ovation... it would take the meaning out of the standing ovation, wouldn't it?

Everyone likes to feel good about their work, so compliments are always good... but keep them real. And, going back to the first note, keep them clean.

so its an internet forum. does it really matter? we are all people and i'm asuming your calling us all losers which makes little sense to me. We have an internet connection and share an interest that we convey using this as a medium. if you think that that means you can just screw around and ruin it for everyone else your wrong. I don't sit here all day hitting refresh, and if i did i would want to here comments like yours.
