  The problem is that the HTML version is rather far from printable. There once was a plan to release a .doc or .pdf version of the manual alongside the HTML one, but I am not sure if that was ever done.

  Unfortunately, none of us can expect another manual with accurate numbers and statistics until those for 1.1 are more finalized. Just a matter of time, I guess...
