    The prototype lab is angled all wrong (try shooting it in the HL model viewer to get the right angle) and it's shadow is at a different angle to the marine and the skulk. Inconsistant shadows are a dead giveaway of a composite image.

    I had to do this variation...

    you have to put Dr Who into context, it was designed to scare the cr*p out of kids back in an age when special effects meant yoghurt pots and plaster of paris.

    J3sus! If you wanna watch a British import and laugh at it, watch one that's actually MEANT to be funny. Monty Python, Red Dwarf, etc. Not this "O nos! Teh evile garbage cans with spatulas are after us! Quickly to our low-budget space ship with only one room! My white fro will pwn teh daaaaleks!" crap. And usually that takes 4 episodes, 5 if the dog is there.
