    if u downloaded player models they belong in the ns/models/player directory
    structures go ns/models directory

    I don't know why u wanna change th NS Skins. Ok the marine into sthe Star Craft Marine.     Have you tryed any AvP skins? For example Dark Alien Skin pack or Metallic alien looks <b>really</b> cool.
