the colours in your new one work against each other too much. THough the old one isnt very original, it works overall better. cool concept on the new one though.

That would in effect make it seem like the rubble was fading out, when it's really just being covered up.

I just set my email options so that my email shows up now. I made a transparent gradiant by customizing a gradiant already made and it was just a slider bar like the gradiant bar as far as color. I can probably get a screenshot of it really quick or something if you want.
Toyed around with it... what I did was used a mask.. worked a bit better considering I've never used a mask before... oh well first time for everything
