Good. The more stuff I know the better. Not all of it but knowing more about the marines tech will help me with the next part in my story. Tell ur writer to keep it up.

Ultra Sweet. It ties the backstory into gameplay, explains some of the NS 'phenomena'. The marines didn't seem too shocked to find their sharing an ice-hole with unknwon 'bioforms'.

Just one small thing, plasticene is childrens coloured play-doh, rather than armor-grade plastic.

Whoaaaa...

Now I -really- hope they've got a 'use' animation now. With the hand sticking out. That is -sw33t- how that's explained.

I admire Jeff's writing style, he has quite the eye for detail and posesses the ability to vividly describe action sequences. Aside from some minor spelling errors (I can proofread for him if he needs it -- just ask rob ) it was a beautiful piece of storytelling. I especially liked the way he explains alot of the NS technology, in terms of the medpacks, the building, the spawning weapons, etc. Can't wait for part II!

How can you not like the work of the writer you're basing you're own writing on?

Although I'm not so sure of some of the tech in there...

Pretty nice.It occasionally degenerated in to technical babble, but at least it explained everything

Very good.
I actually liked the tech stuff, helps me get an idea of what the commander is supposed to think.

Beautiful. Awsome. I loved it. Really gritty and honest - gives you the feeling like you're right in there with the marines; uncertainty at every turn, hostiles in your own base. I could really feel the atmosphere too. Just awsome.

Wow, incredible. This is really great. I love how it finally describes why the marines must "build" the structures the commader places... Rather than going for a flashy teched up reason, it happens to be a believable and "Heh, why didn't I think of that" kind of thing. I love that kind of stuff.

i like it, it adds a feeling to the 'mod'. Most mods are just dished otu with no more purpose than destroy, but the World section adds a whole theme, maybe if u guys gota lota extra time, you could turn it into a flash clip or 'movie' like at the start of sum games.

The world section appears to end at "The Turning Point".

...?

the story was cool, some sweet stuff i think some fan fic should be added like the unknow enimy story by rob and other popular stuff in fan fic but i dont know if you have an "offical" plot line or some thing but it just a thought

Yeah, it's pretty neat. The one or two spelling errors bugged me though. I'm fairly unreasonable about that kinda thing, which is why I can no longer read a certain forum-goers posts without falling into a blind rage.

Nice touch explaining how the building and stuff works, though. The extra effort is appreciated.
