<div class="IPBDescription">Rebuilding that tower, again...</div> I was reading the beta thread <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=30&t=35283' target='_blank'>here</a>. What I was wondering is, has anyone tried putting a couple DC's around the res? Maybe throwing a few behind the tower, and seeing how that worked.

Also, I think that making a RT regen itself is a good idea. I don't think that the Alien RT should have any offensive capabilities, since that seems to be marine's role. (elec this, elec that..)

    The gorge can still suck res, so I dont see what the problem is.

    I think you need to stay a little more up-to-date on the beta changes if you're going to make replies. Gorge sucking was removed several builds ago, replaced with lower chamber costs.

    They are moving in circles. Right now it seens like they never moved (you must have hives to evolve).

    Flay's playing. He wants to see if an old idea is any more workable now. This isn't a step backwards, this is a steo tiwards getting 1.1 right. If he's open enouhg to try an old idea, then he'll be open to the proper ballancing elements, once he discovers them. I personally got excited when I saw that, not because I like that hive evolution model (It's crap in 1.04) but because I knew what Flay was doing, and it got me excited, since it means 1.1 is close to being done! GO FLAY! (I wonder if 1.1 could make a July 4th release.... That'd be sweet, although, doubtful.)
