Could someone kindly tell me what this means?

well without you mentioning the thread or the context it was in, i would assume it would be public relations blitz. What that would be i guess looking at the state the mod is in now, would be once 1.1 is ready for release, to hit up gaming sites like planethalflife and other gaming news site mentioning that a new version is ready for release.

edit: perhaps it could be some kind of tactic but one that i've never heard of(not like i know all of them <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'> )

Its when MonsE decides to release lots of screenshots and movies of 1.1, although so far, all he has done is provide a blurred image of a gun model <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'>

Their doing their best to bring us 1.1,and truthfully I do not think a game will ever be trully and totally balanced.There's only afew Playtesters and Vets I'm guessing giving feedback etc.if you want REAL and TRUE feedback I think ya can let the public decide/The world instead of amongst a select few.

Also you cannot fix every entire little detail,even over time it'll take a while to find every little thing that ya can find wrong,while the rest of the world leaves n never plays again etc and afew remain loyal.

Just going by what I see.

Here's how it will go, In a couple of weeks (most likely) Flayra will tell MonsE that NS 1.1 is ready to be shipped on <insert day here>. Then, MonsE will take that date, subtract a week, then begin setting up mirrors, bombarding us with screens, and doing interviews and such. He may or may not give a release date for 1.1 when the PR Blitz begins, but he did for 1.0. BTW don't ever ask if the PR Blitz has begun or not, cuz if it has you will know it.

The PR Blitz consists of MonsE jumping in a B-52 Bomber (Yes he can fly one) armed to the teeth with the NS 1.1 Screenshot Fuel Air Bomb and a nuclear payload of videos and trailers.
