DLL FILE NOT FOUND IN PATH EITHER INCORRECT COMPILE OPTION USED, Or system/file server setup incorrect

    You are trying to actually run the dummy hl.exe. You need to change your NS shortcut to point to whatever your real exe is (I'm guesinng cs.exe?). Then it will work.

    ...now i can run NS, but it says something about my cl_dlls/something else differs from the servers.. this is annoying

    do you have HL/CS retail up to date?

    also don't try running it form the desktop short cut (its kinda borked)
