<div class="IPBDescription">Going to be fixed in 1.1?</div> I've been looking through the changelog for 1.1 and I haven't seen any fixes for the notorious, everyone camp in marine/alien box, then somebody joins the opposite team and everyone sitting in the box get's put on the marine/alien team so the teams go 4v4 to 12v5.

I asked if the exploit was going to be fixed because not everyone is going to even the teams fairly. Even if the alien's will be "more fun".

Going commander or gorge to mess up the game is a lot easier, but readyroom blocking is annoying none the less...
jointeamone = marines
jointeamtwo = aliens
autoassign = random team
This is what we call a server option where the admin makes a conscious choice to turn off auto team balance, it isn't an exploit.
Basically, one person joins a team and so the server says "there's a spot open".
Then the 4 people waiting in line all get the go-ahead to join the other team at the same time. So they do. No further checking is performed so uneven teams.
Ah well.
Sometimes I have great fun in the ready room. One time I was sitting in the RR rolling a smoke while this guy kept crapping on about random sh!t over voicecomm (yes Jatten, it was you) which was fairly humerous. Eventually I joined the game, but got bored (teams were stacked) and F4'd out. I came back into the RR to find this guy standing on the bar in front of an audience of like 4 or 5 people lined up in front of him, singing songs like greenday and other sh!t. Was bloody funny.
What? A limit to Flayra's almighty coding genius-like powers?!?!
NAH! Flayra can do anything. I bet hes hard at work on that flamethrower that supposedly can't be done on the HL engine to his liking.
