1) Beef up the grip; there's nothin there to hold!
2) Think about adding a stock of some sort.
3) The bullets won't come out of the magazine that way. Drum magazines such as those that feed gatling guns are helical inside; meaning the bullets spiral from one end to the other with their points inward. I know sheena has mentioned this before. And here's a picture. Notice how the bullets are stored, and where the exit is (ends instead of side).
So what do you want? Gatling gun style helical drum magazines (like in the picture) or machine gun style magazines (like most machine guns)? What you have now is a hybrid between the two that does not make any sense.
Who cares? It's NS, nothing makes sense.

Yes, he's alive, but he has problems with ns.org, he's been modelling a little more, when he has progress to show, if he still has problems, I'll post his updates, don't worry...

how ever, i have just a few suggestions
- about the cylinder and the bullets, well it's been said, and it's true however i don't really care about that, this also looks great...
- now my main point is, i think that a minigun like that should be held 'underhand' (dunno if it's the correct english term) like you see in predator and terminator 2.... i'll see if i can find a picture of that =)
edit, found em, right on this same board <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> (originally posted by sheena)
the predator one, only difference with yours is the inverted 'pitol grip' (if that is the correct term)
<img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/uploads/post-19-1056122316.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image'>
and the terminator one, with both grips on top of the gun

now i also noticed you have some sort of scope or sight, but with guns like this, you don't rely on aim or accuracy, you rely on that fact that with the insane rounds per minute count, you HAVE to hit something =)

" The Venom mini is designed to be a close support gun. The fps is set at 350 and currently has a cyclic rate of 75 rps. (rounds per second). It has a internal hopper that holds well over 3000 rounds. This is a fully functional prototype and was demoed at OP: Reindeer Games. "

guess how much airsoft ammo will fit in this backpack (only bad thing
the ammo is not transfered from there,...its in the case of the faked motor.the chute is only to hide the gassuply)..
its gas and battery(!) powered,you can see the bottle in front..
it got a awesome sound <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
the asahi m134 "Valcan" (not vulcan lol) is a very rare and expensive model...
they produced not very much of this babes... toy-tec produced a m134 too..
lol,they even got a adapter for the toy tec minigun to accept a box magazine.
i like the asahi more,because the electric-gas system is so much cooler than the battery only toytec..
heres some info about the asahi m134 <a href='http://www.montysminiguns.com/AirSoftPage.htm' target='_blank'>cool site with somemore videos</a>
T.A.N.G.O. (tactical airsoft nw-indiana gaming organisation) have done a
very nice review of the asahi minigun:
