    oo its very nice. iti reminds me a lot more of the little dog things from halflife than the brain bug though. its not...fat enough and bulbous.

    Great job ... why the hive though? ... If you model some low poly roaches under that thing it would make an excellent onos <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    But how can you explain it hovering in the air?

    (if ANYONE mentions scorpions, they'll die in their sleep tonight)

    umm...it doesnt hover in the air...thats what those gigantic cockroaches are for, to carry it around. Either that or it slides across the floor like a slug.

    Maus, you just mentioned the "s" word. That means you will die in your sleep tonight...

    umm, as some feedback, how about making the eyes in the model instead of just the skin? so they kinda stick out a bit it will look more realistic, hope it can be done without making it to highpoly.....

    otherwise, it's looking good <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Very gj on that model! It would be cool to have all the aliens converted to Starship Troopers monsters.

    It looks really nice. My only suggestion would be to maybe make the colors more vibrant - has a kind of washed out look right now. That along with perhaps making the eyes 3 dimensional would be 2 sweet improvements to an alraedy sweet lookin model.
