C´mom.considering it´s my FIIIIRST re-skin ever it´s not that bad..
Butta..When I open the bmp files on photoshop,it shows me a msg about the color config.If I change it to the one they say I should,HLMV just don´t import the texture,but if I let it the way it is,almost all tools get locked.
Do You guys know how to fix this?

set the image to rgb color *red green blue* and then when your done reskinning set it back to index color.

I think you decrease colour depth to 256 colours then save it and select YES when it asks you to continue. That should work

nice work, though its not too difficult
use "negative colors" or something like that and youll get an icy lerk <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>

well, i just reskinned them, but im not using these mdls.
i like ns as it is atm, everything is just find and doesnt need to be replaced. buzzcuts laser marine is the only exceptions, it looks so awesome ingame and fits in <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>
and i dont think we should discuss this here, as its felix thread about his skin replacement, not mine
