<div class="IPBDescription">Just for fun, nothing serious</div> Well, i was talking to olie, and we got on about some weird stuff, and then i started making some NS firefight sound effects, and he said it would be really funny to have them in game (hey, we're immature). Originaly, i was going to replace the weapons with me going "BANG!" for the pistol and "BOOM!" for the shotgun, but because i'm an idiot with no patience, i can't be bothered (or know how) to get the sounds perfectly lined up to the animations. So instead i'm just doing a voice one, and it's my voice, using a pretty rubbish Headset mic and some really stupid sayings. For you retro-type people out there, one of the new marine taunts is "How appropriate, You fight like a cow". So anyway, it should be up for download tomorrow (olie's got some decent webspace, i've got geocities, and olie's not here now). Before installing it i would really, <b>really</b> back up your existing sound files. Trust me.

Oh yeah, lol, don't have a go at them for being crap. I know there must be at least one other person out there who wants a funny-esque change to the voices. I know they're rubbish, i've done them all in about 20 minutes, anyway, up for download tomorrow (i posted now so people could get excited and flame me and such)

    If i am honest, i thought it should as well, but the sounds packs in the models and skins forum *usually* come with a model as well. So i just put it in here, since it doesn't belong in off-topic, and i figured if i was wrong a mod could move it or something.

    On a side note, the thing is finished, tested, and zipped (yes, zipped. not a .rar file). Now, just wait untill about 6:00 pm GMT tomorrow and it'll be up (but then again, might be up tomorrow morning. Don't know).

    P.S sorry again for posting this so much ahead of it actualy coming out, just thought i'd see what you lot think of it as an idea.

    Right, it's done, uploaded and ready for download! (god help us all). This replaces all the marine voices, and the alien chuckle. Before you ask, yes, it is crap. Yes, i have no life, and no, i really don't care if you don't like it. If you do, tell me, if ya don't, uninstall it and get on with your life. lol.

    To install, extract to your Half Life folder, and it should work. If it doesn't, just extract it to your desktop and put all the sounds in the folder called "vox". Oh yeah, definatly back up your sounds folder first. Seriously.
